Should be experienced in software sales, interested and confident in our product, and also willing to accept the training and assessment given by Zhenjiang GoldNT Software Corp. (hereunder, “GoldNT Software” for short).

Should be able to forecast and expand the market, have developed distributing channels of software sales, and should cooperate with GoldNT Software in popularizing and promoting our product.

Should posses the ability to run business in the field of Internet, services related to computer and management consultancy with high reputation, credit and authority within certain industry or filed; hire adequate technical professionals and management consultants.

Willingly comply with GoldNT Software Products Sales and Agent Policy and other related documents, accept and agree to be bound by all terms.
