Our product is called MBO (management by objective) software, CRM a part of our product, so it is included in our software. The difference only lies that we combined CRM with objective and task, i.e. for which objective each customer creates value

Most of our clients are white-collar (technical developers, administration clerks, sales persons) intensive departments or enterprises, such as managers, design and sales departments in IT and advertising companies, intermediary agents as well as manufacturers.

The key function of our product is MBO management, including objective division, task assignment and track, employees activities management, customer management, HR and assessment management, e-files and documentation management, fixed asset management, plus finance and cash management. The biggest difference between OA and SSEIS is that we build a MBO management system, which is more flexible than that of OA, so it is easier for customers to use, and functions of copiable management module is stronger.

No, at least for the moment. Because our consideration is that all resources must serve the objective, we cannot separate the modules.

The purpose of our product is different from that of ERP. ERP focuses on routine operation, including the whole producing process, storage, finance and planning systems for other resources, while SSEIS centers on MBO management, especially to manage efficiency of white-collar and resources created by them. Companies need a large amount of fund to apply ERP. The cycle is long and risk is too much, so average enterprises have no ability to use ERP. However, SSEIS can solve the deficiency.

First, all leaders and employees are clear about the objective, so it is more scientific and efficient to track the assignment. Second, clerks can offer service to customers more efficiently. Third, it is more convenient to accumulate client resource and technology resource. Knowledge can be shared and cost for training and handover can be economized.
